Opportunity requires quick delivery of customized software

Jian had an exciting new opportunity with a major company, Cisco Systems, to include its award winning product BizPlanBuilder® in the Cisco Global Academy Program. However, with no in-house programmers, getting the required customization done to incorporate Cisco’s specs became an emergency.

The 14-year-old firm, which specializes in providing expert knowledge and creating project-specific, timesaving software tools for entrepreneurs, does not have in-house experts writing software code. Following its own business management advice, Jian uses outsourced programmers for its software development, as they’ve found this is the most cost effective and expedient approach.
