Qualification
Requirements for Accelerance Global Partner Network Members:
10 to 2,000 engineers
Technical focus in one or two key areas
A track record of success with several satisfied
clients, preferably in the U.S., who will provide positive references
A website in English
The ability to communicate in English via phone
and in writing
A good value proposition that benefits clients
with reduced costs for specialized skills
Reasonable goals for growing your business

How the Global Partner Network works:
Once you’ve become a member of theAccelerance
Global Partner Network, you’ll receive leads from companies worldwide
that come to Accelerance searching for rapid access to qualified
outsourcing resources. Your relationship with the client and with
Accelerance differs depending on which program the client prefers.
Accelerance provides each client with three
things: (1)
information on multiple (three
to five) members of the Accelerance Global Partner Network from
either one region or one area of technology; (2) a Vendor Selection
guide to help them source, screen, and select the best vendor for
their
program; and (3) an hour of coaching from an outsourcing expert
advisor at Accelerance.
As a Global Partner Network member, you receive
qualified lead information and sales coaching from Accelerance. Clients will
contact you
directly to build a relationship
and negotiate an outsourcing agreement.
Accelerance
will provide you insight and advice on your performance during
the sales process, but our main mission is to deliver unbiased and objective advice
to the client to help them select the best vendor.
Accelerance will not favor
one
Global
Partner Network member over another - you each have a fair chance
at winning the business based on your strengths and your match
with the client's needs.
Contract negotiation, project management, invoicing
and payment are
directly
between you
and the
client. When you win a deal, you copy Accelerance on each invoice
you send to the client and remit a referral fee to Accelerance.
Outsourcing Jumpstart - Custom has similar
benefits to Outsourcing Jumpstart by country / technology, but
expands the search across all members of the Accelerance
Global Partner Network worldwide – geographically
and technologically. Using a proprietary Accelerance automated
process, Accelerance is
able to match client needs with the outsourcing geographies, technologies
and teams worldwide that are the best fit for them. Accelerance
provides hands-on coaching of up to five hours, by Accelerance
expert advisors,
to help clients select the best team for their projects.
ng Jumpstart - Global
process described above to select a member of the Accelerance
Global Partner Network. Then Accelerance
works with the client
and you to build the relationship, negotiate the outsourcing
arrangement, and set up the program. Accelerance also provides
management oversight
and handles invoicing and payment collection. Accelerance subcontracts
the program to you and remits your normal fee after receipt of
payment from the client.
The Accelerance Rapid Ramp-Up
service provides clients with expert Accelerance support during
the first
six months of the outsourcing
engagement. Rapid Ramp-Up provides a collection of management
oversight, tools, and coaching to help get the outsourcing project
off to the
right start. After six months, the client takes the program over
with their internal resources and works directly with you.
The Accelerance Rapid Ramp-Up - Prime
service delivers the benefits described in the Rapid
Ramp-Up description above, but continues beyond the first six
months,
if the client wants ongoing oversight and support
for their outsourced software development.
The Qualification Process:
To
position your services for quick selection by clients and
to maintain Accelerance’s
reputation as a premier provider of outsourcing services, we
require extensive
information from you. Accelerance then independently verifies your
information to ensure you match the
advanced skills
of
members of the Global Partner Network. The entire process
is expected to take five-to-ten business days.
Complete the initial
on-line Pre-Qualification
Form to ensure you meet the minimum program requirements. You'll
see your results instantly.
If your qualifications match our minimum
requirements, you will be directed to a detailed
qualification form, including a request for references, to
submit after paying your non-refundable
$500 application fee.
Accelerance will review your qualifications
and contact your references to determine the quality
of the services you deliver and the professionalism of your
organization.
Based on the results of the reference
checks, you will be approved and selected for the
Accelerance Global Partner Network.
Once accepted, Accelerance will gather
information from you in order to skillfully promote your
services, including:
contact information
a technical skills inventory
photos of your firm’s principals
and business setting
other information to successfully market and
present your company
When you are accepted into the program, Accelerance
will also ask you to sign a letter of agreement, which
provides the specific contractual details of your business relationship
with Accelerance.
