FIVE NEW OUTSOURCED TEAMS SELECTED FOR ACCELERANCE AFFILIATE PROGRAM – NOW 17 TEAMS IN 13 COUNTRIES

Outsourced team selection time reduced 90% with Accelerance Vision Resources Service

Redwood City, CA, December 14, 2004 – Accelerance™, the expert outsourcing services firm, today announced the selection of five carefully chosen outsourcing teams for the Accelerance Affiliate Program. These additions will increase this exclusive group to 17 teams from 13 countries, representing over a thousand engineers. The Accelerance Affiliate Program is a key element of Accelerance’s Vision Resourcessm service, an analytical and objective process for quick selection of the “best-fit” outsourced team, which reduces selection time by 90%, from months to just days. The Vision Resources service is fully integrated with Accelerance’s other core advisory services: Vision Decisionsm (assessment of the in-house versus outsourced development decision); Vision Successsm (managed software product development) and Vision Perfectsm (quality assurance).

Each firm has a track record of successful US engagements and has been thoroughly screened and vetted by Accelerance to evaluate and confirm its business and technical capabilities. With the addition of the new teams, Accelerance Affiliates will be located in: Bulgaria, China, Costa Rica, India, Mexico, Nepal, Panama, the Philippines, Romania, Russia, Turkey, the US and Vietnam.

The availability of the pre-screened and highly capable Accelerance Affiliate Program teams allows Accelerance to deliver quick selection of outsourced software development teams based on its clients’ specific requirements. The Vision Resources analytical selection tool reviews each client’s technical, business, strategic and cultural requirements and evaluates the results against the range of Accelerance Affiliate Program teams’ qualifications and experience (and optionally other outsourced resources proposed by the client).
