This India-based member of the Global Partner Network, with 120 engineers, has worked with Accelerance since early 2004. It is currently working with an Accelerance client on an on-going basis as the client’s Offshore Development Center. The initial program was a .Net-programming project. It is currently assisting the client with a marketing research and data capture project.
Accelerance was heavily involved with advising the client and vendor during the ramp-up period. Accelerance assisted with contract negotiation, program set-up, and participated in weekly calls on program status. Once the program began to run smoothly, Accelerance turned direct oversight over to the vendor.

- Sales and Marketing presence in the US: This vendor cannot afford a full-time sales and marketing presence in the U.S. Accelerance provides feet on the ground helping build deal flow and close deals for his firm.
- Cultural Coaching: Accelerance coaches both clients and vendors to help bridge the gaps between their cultures and smooth the outsourcing relationship.
