Global Partner Introductions

for Network Financial Printing

Situational Summary

Jeff Kramer is a current client of Accelerance and Kambda in Costa Rica. His experience with Kambda (Costa Rica) has been excellent and because of that, Jeff has returned to Accelerance to look for help for Network Financial Printing, based in NYC.

Jeff is an Advisor and Board member to NFP. The company wishes to move their development away from Russia where it currently is, to a location that is easier to work with and which has better "optics" considering that NFP has relationships with banks and in the M&A space.

Latin America is a preferred destination based on these factors and Jeff's personal experience. Jeff mentioned that he had mentioned this opportunity to Kambda and to Tekton. (from a personal standpoint, I think there are better options from a vertical, scalability, depth and optics perspective...even though both Kambda and Tekton are in excellent standing from a Net Promoter Score perspective).

NFP's technical needs are around web/python/django. If the partner had some blockchain experience that would be a plus.

The scope is 2-3 engineers to start. Work would begin on a set of features needing to be built where the developers would pick up the codebase. The features aren't new...more iterative changes. Log in, uploading, signing, dealroom collaboration are examples of such features.

Jeff mentioned that this move is imminent.

Below are the top 1% that will best fit your need for a success long term partnership.

What CINQ has to say about your project

Hello Andy,

This is an excellent project with an experienced and focused client. NFP’s desire for quality at a fair price fits right in with CINQ’s core beliefs.  I can see why Accelerance reached out to us for this project as this looks like a great fit all around.

CINQs advantageous location 1 hour east of EST allows for a generous overlap with their location and we are accustomed to working flex hours with our international clients to ensure the maximum overlap possible.  Travel from Curitiba to Colorado or British Colombia is very easy to arrange as there are many options of direct flights from São Paulo to most every major US and Canadian destination.

What PSL has to say about your project

Hey Ryan,

This sounds like its aligned with the kind of projects we have experience with. We are interested in learning more about this opportunity. We look for long term partnerships and bring to the table a solid technology background, scaling capacity and project leadership through Agile methodologies. We also have world-class code quality, structured and mature processes and of course closeness and time zone alignment. Let me share some detail on these points below that we can address on our upcoming call.

PSL delivers high-quality software engineering solutions by mastering advanced processes and technologies, such as big data, machine learning, and DevOps, among others. The company’s reliable nearshore model, coupled with its top-tier, extensively trained software engineers, allows for efficient agile iterations and a focus on continuous experimentation.

With over 720 engineers based in Colombia and Mexico, more than 88% of our revenue coming from North American clients and over 30 years of experience in the software engineering field, we differentiate ourselves from other service providers by focusing on building long-term partnerships with enterprising clients, and spearheading robust, internal training programs to provide talent the opportunity to excel at cutting-edge technologies.

We have experience with US customers helping them implement complex challenges and are confident in our capabilities to add value to NFP and kickstart and expand our relationship.

Thanks!

Camilo

Conclusion

After you review this proposal please respond with feedback and questions so that we can clarify your needs and preferences.

The next recommended step is to have a brief 1 hour video call with two or more recommended partners using a simple agenda below. You will use the calls to validate shared information while exploring other related topics like how they work with clients and how they would create and ramp up your team, what software development methods they use with clients, case studies, metrics, etc... You can choose to keep the call at the business level or you can make it more technical.
