The Accelerance Partner created a platform called Analytics for the customer, which allowed real estate brokers to manipulate information. It gave them the ability to filter and analyze in ways that would have required hours of manual work in the past.  In addition to the new capabilities and increased performance, The Accelerance Partner remodeled the user interface and user experience. The ground-up rehab of the user interface allows the real estate brokers to access the data they need to close deals in an easier and more intuitive method, and in real time. Previous generations of real estate data platforms required days of training, on-site seminars, which was difficult for some to master.  They designed the software platform so that brokers could plug the platform into their own website as a sales and information tool.  It now allowed current and potential clients to search the broker inventory of properties, applying filters, and viewing site photographs.  Users can graphically select an area on a map and then create a geometric filter applying data or analytics only to certain areas. All of this is done in real time, and without the need for external data processing. The broker can do it himself without the help of additional staff or consultants.
