Tintash prefers to always staff with existing engineers with whom they have proven experience.  To scale your team, Tintash's dedicated team of recruiters regularly pre-screen, evaluate and interview candidates to add to their database. Tintash can hire 3-5 experienced developers on average, per month. This number can be increased if a code camp is also being conducted more frequently.

Once the project kicks off you will communicate daily with your assigned project manager. The project manager will report the project status on weekly basis to you and Tintash’s Techboard.

The PM will provide you with meeting agendas and minutes from previous meetings via email and also store them in a central repository of your choice for easy retrieval. Look for your designated PM to log and track all issues within Teamwork/Jira and always lean on them for updates and the best approach for solving each issue. They are there to provide you with up-to-the-minute status on any project detail as they are involved in all daily activities with your development team.
