The Talent Attracting (TA) process, responsible for the hiring practices, is one of the most important at CI&T. The Talent Attracting team has a close relationship with the business areas to keep the hiring process aligned with their needs, as well as well-informed, organized, and ongoing. To find the best talent, the TA team searches in a variety of fonts, especially the applicants on the website and the referrals made by other employees . Then, they invite the ones with that have a perfect match, with the technical and soft skills required, to engage in the technical and behavioral selection process. CI&T’s great difference in retaining people lies in our core value of developing our professionals. This along with open communication, HR monitoring and data measurement linked to a constant and consolidated career development process, as well as a set of retention practices.

At least every six months, the CI&T people go through a career assessment so they can know if they are evolving and what is needed to evolve. Our team members are invited to respond to the eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) every quarter in order to assess their satisfaction and identify issues that have to be addressed. One other initiative is the program called Happy Feet, which allows people to apply for another job inside the company without having to leave.
