What type of team of engineers are you looking for? EX2 will find them for you. They have a deep understanding and experience staffing for any role required for a full-service development team: Full Stack, QA, Design, DevOps, and even digital marketing. They take recruiting very seriously, their talent acquisition team will interact with candidates all throughout Costa Rica and Peru. Start with virtual meetings to judge soft skills along with English capabilities. Then move into coding challenges, then finally a meeting with the HR and Technical team to walk through the opportunity in detail to determine the best candidate. This process can take 2-3 weeks before presenting the candidate to you the client for review.
