The main benefit of working with Mas is their ability to spin up a team quickly and efficiently. For typical non-exotic roles, you can expect about a 3-4 week turnaround time for bringing in resources. Mas will take your candidate through a detailed interview process. Initial screening to validate their CV and rank their communication skills. The next step is a technical interview where Mas looks at the candidate's ability to follow coding best practices, judge their work environment, and problem-solving skills. If they pass this test, the client has the option to interview the candidate too. If all parties are in agreement the new hire is taken through the Mas onboarding and begins work with the client.

Mas values your feedback and open communication throughout the life of your relationship. All projects will be assigned an internal PM to facilitate all meetings and escalation points. They will be responsible for addressing issues and concerns in real-time. Not only will there be open communication daily with your PM and team but Monthly calls help to recap the progress and plan for the following month's activities. Not to overkill your calendar but a Quarterly meeting will be held with Mas's delivery manager and account manager to review the progress of your project.

Project Management is a key point of focus for the Mas team. Mas has the ability to staff very senior standard PMs or technical PMs depending on the client's needs. Your PM will serve a typical PM role by arranging standard meetings, reporting, and tracking metrics, and working with the Product Owner to remove any roadblocks preventing the team from success. As of 2022, Mas has about 10 PMs on staff across multiple business units.
