During the Screening process Savvycom ensure communication with US client’s is #1 priority. English (written and spoken) tests are reviewed specifically in their 1-2 hour interview with the HR team. Along with personality evaluations and several detailed coding tests the HR team and managers will also test the candidates ability to work in a team environment.

Once hired, the candidate is lead through several training sessions where they are given all the tools needed to be successful. Training does not stop there, Savvycom offers several internal workshops aimed to increase the employees technical abilities, English levels, and soft skills.

Savvycom, is able to staff teams from 2-3 weeks of request. Depending on the team size, technology they may be able to start sooner with internal resources. With Savvycom’s two locations in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City they have the capacity to hold about 250 developers and hire about 30 FTE per month so building large teams is not an issue. Once your team is established you can rest assured they will stay with you throughout the life of the project. Savvycom’s attrition rate has average under 10% for the past 5 years.

All of Savvcom’s clients are assigned an Account manager. Don’t worry, you are not just a number with Savvycom, each Account Manager is only assigned 4-5 accounts to ensure 100% client satisfaction. Your Account Manager will guide you through the onboarding process to make sure all of your project needs are meet. They assist with requirements gathering, facilitating interviews of your project team, and complete all environment setups on both sides to guarantee a smooth start to each project.

Savvycom’s Account Managers are involved in development process regularly as a communication point for you and your development team to make sure both sides follow their obligations and fulfil their responsibilities. In case of change requests from Client, they make sure it's clarified and handled properly with relevant departments (technical, accounting, resources, etc).
