Situational Summary

Arcturious seeks a partner who can work in discovery and work as part of a team as they build solutions for Arcturious clients.  

Working with a New Partner - Relationship Vision and Timing
Must white label partner resources.  Want to leverage the partner to boost the size of Arcturious.  

Run 2 week sprints with six days offshore capacity included from Nubis.  Mostly enhancements and break fix rather than true managed service.  Mostly L2 and L3 support is provided by Arcturious.

The partner should operate in the AEST time zone.  Initially 1 resource for L2 and L3 support / break fix enhancement / development services.  

Pipeline - 1-3 additional resources. 
+6 months 3-6 resources 
solution architect across multiple projects and presales; release mgmt capacity (Michael) for pursuits and also offshore pricing advantage.

Desired Partner Characteristics:
Location: Asia - Philippines preference.  Will consider India. Has used Vietnam.  Language/comms issues.
Time Zone:  Want full overlap with the Australian East coast.
Industry Experience:  Retail and consumer goods is in pipeline, waste management, sustainability and utilities (field service). Not for profit (salesforce.org). Local and state government grants.  Education.
Other SME:  Will look at Salesforce certified resources, even if not from a Salesforce partner.
Certifications:  Certified resources mandatory. Certified partner not necessary.
English Fluency: Do you need everyone on the team to be fluent in English?  Yes Understand and communicate back.  A level of confidence.  Participation in standups is mandatory.  Understand and communicate business context.
