Jig Patel

Jig brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in technology, operations, and transformation across financial services, fintech, insurance, SaaS, banking, payments, and enterprise technology. He has held senior CIO, CTO, COO, President, and board-level roles with organizations including Morningstar, Wells Fargo, Fiserv, UMB Financial, IBM, One Inc., and NiSource.

Throughout his career, Jig has led large-scale digital transformation, cloud modernization, AI-enabled innovation, platform modernization, M&A integration, and business operations improvement across Fortune 500, private equity-backed, and growth-stage companies. He is known for connecting technology strategy with business outcomes, helping organizations scale, modernize, and operate with greater speed, resilience, and accountability.

Jig’s background includes deep experience in regulated industries, enterprise governance, risk management, cybersecurity, data, and technology-enabled operating models. He has also served in public, private, and advisory board capacities, bringing a practical executive perspective to strategy, transformation, and value creation.

Jig holds an MBA in Finance and International Management and a B.S. in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Tennessee. He has completed executive leadership education at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and holds certifications across AI, agile delivery, project management, Six Sigma, and IT service management.

Based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Jig is an avid strength-and-conditioning coach, performance athletic trainer, golf enthusiast, travel enthusiast, and proud dog dad.
